Combined systems

Often, an application layer structured so that a first adhesive layer in the HVOF process is applied, which is covered in a second step with a plasma spray layer. A typical example therefore are anilox printing cylinders.

Overall costs are significantly lower than for two independent systems, because components can be shared by the two coating methods.

It is completely irrelevant with which HVOF process (gas or kerosene), the plasma system is combined into an overall system.
